A Late 19 th /Early 20 th Century Three-Leaf Dressing Screen, one side with embroidered panels depicting birds and flowers, the opposing side with painted close-nailed leather panels depicting Galleons and ships off a coastline each leaf measures 168cm by 51cm Provenance: The Selected Contents of Eden Lacy, Lazonby, from the estate of Victor Gubbins The painted side has various crazing and several scuffs to the paintwork also. The embroidered side is soiled and with some staining. The bottom section to one of the embroidered panels has holes/losses. Please see additional images online.
