Buyers Premium - 22.5% plus VAT at prevailing rate
Payment will be taken in full from the registered card on thesaleroom.com on the Wednesday following Home & Interiors sales and on the Friday following all other sales, unless payment has already been received. Please see our Terms & Conditions for bank details if you prefer to make a bank transfer.
Bid live through our website for free (but please note that if you register with thesaleroom first then their fees still apply). Live bidding is very easy to set up and use, but we are happy to talk you through the process if you are new to this format.
Clients can also leave commission bids with us or bid live by telephone. You can also bid via thesaleroom.com, which carries a surcharge of 4.95% plus VAT.
Condition reports and additional images will also be uploaded to our website on a regular basis and upon request.
Postage & Packing
Most UK parcels can be sent in-house for our flat standard rate of £20 for up to 3 lots and £2 per lot thereafter (extra insurance details below if required). Small parcels containing jewellery, medals etc can be sent by Special Delivery for £15. Please contact our offices for overseas quotes postage@lsk.co.uk
Purchasers need to arrange their own insurance if required. Please give clear instructions as to your shipping requirements so that we can process full payment and ship within 10 working days. Please note that Lacy Scott & Knight DO NOT accept any liability for loss or damage, however caused.
In order to avoid and/or resolve any problems regarding missing parts or packing issues, please note that our packing department is under full CCTV coverage.

For very large or high value lots we recommend MailBoxes (info@mbemail.co.uk ). If you choose an alternative courier we can pack for £8 per parcel.
